Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am) - $2.50 shift differential Eligible for quarterly bonuses Up to $1,750 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL NEW HIRES We are located at 1000 West Bagley Rd., Berea, OH 44107. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. You'll get to: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems
• Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions
• Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and spot-welding equipment
• Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes
• Communicate, discuss, and/or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads or vendors as needed
• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)
• Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time
• Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Must be able to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required.
  • Must have some knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting including power transmission, fluid power, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written specifications, procedures, and prints.
  • Ability to design and execute from verbal instructions.
  • Must possess good mechanical aptitude and have the ability to work on close-tolerance equipment and/or parts.
  • Ability to use various measuring devices (torque wrench, micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators etc.)
  • Must be able to use math to calculate dimensions and determine equipment setups.
