Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to
drive the execution of analytics strategy and improve business
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects and translate business
goals into actionable solutions
Manage development efforts, stakeholder expectations, and ensure
alignment of deliverables with business needs
Mentor and manage team members while facilitating cross-team
collaboration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data
management
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with query optimization
Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as Python and
R
Experience in provider contracting and claims pricing is highly
preferred
