Job Description:

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement treatment plans
Assess the recovery progress of injured individuals and modify case goals as needed
Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases effectively


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred
URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
RN compact license preferred
