• AHA BLS & ACLS required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• CNOR - Certified Nurse (OR) preferred, not required
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy not required for Oncology
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• Tech Cert Verification - National for CVOR and CST
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Unit-Specific Competency Exam required annually

  • Cleveland Clinic- Akron General Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN
  • Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am
  • Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel
  • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  • AHA BLS & ACLS required
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

    • Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel
    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS & ACLS required
      • Schedule Information
      • Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am
        • Additional Details
        • Bring Government-Issued Photo ID; Must carry while on assignment
        • OR Tech First Assistants (CSFA) and RNFAs are required to have a Driver's License
        • Module completion required prior to start; priority high
        • Physical Exam within a year of start
        • Latex Allergy notification
