#NetworkLife.What you'll be doing...As a full-time Verizon Sr
Mgr-Kiosk Sales at a Kiosk location, you will have a high level of
accountability for all daily functions at the location. You will
need to communicate and implement the company vision through
directing the day-to-day activities of the location to the entire
staff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a
fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on
optimizing customer and employee experience are at the forefront of
your responsibilities.
- Building, developing and mentoring your sales team.
- Provide hiring, performance management and ongoing sales
training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention,
quality and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products
and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining the operations of your store by running retail
inventory compliance.
- Engaging in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing
sales reports.
- Provides solutions of diverse scope where analysis of situation
or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an
understanding of current business trends.
- Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels
on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or

includes base pay plus a monthly commission structure that provides

You know you've succeeded when you team is delivering.You'll need
to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work
experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings
and weekends.
- Management experience in a commission-based sales
environment.Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and
individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted
environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance and developed a high
performing team.
- Ability to take action with minimal oversight.
