Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist I to
facilitate communication between homeowners and service
professionals to resolve complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and service
professionals during the complaint resolution process
Utilize problem resolution leverage points to encourage resolution
and verify approved ratings and reviews
Handle escalated conversations and ensure thorough follow-up
communication within specified timeframes
Required Qualifications
Comfortable with a high volume of calls daily
Able to make critical decisions autonomously and think on your
feet
Willingness to assist with various customer service tasks as
needed
Strong computer skills, particularly with internet applications and
CRM systems
Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
