Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Contract Specialist III,
responsible for managing IT contract activities and vendor
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate with vendors and internal customers to draft contracts
under the guidance of a Contract Manager
Lead meetings and communications with internal customers and
vendors to achieve desired contractual outcomes
Manage a portfolio of contracts, ensuring compliance with policies
and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business
Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or
equivalent experience
Six years of experience in contracting, supply chain, or strategic
sourcing with a focus on IT contracts
Two years of experience in the healthcare sector
Technical writing and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Visio
