Job Description:

Bickle Insurance is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Insurance Advisor in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, self-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role is sales-focused and requires a deep understanding of the insurance products offered by our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and finalizing sales for both new and current commercial accounts, as well as maintaining our commercial clientele.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the goals set in the annual producer sales plan.
--- Identify and target new business opportunities within existing client base and specific market segments.
--- Reach out to potential clients to provide quotes and arrange sales meetings.
--- Conduct surveys to assess insurance needs, review current policies, and present Risk Management Reviews.
--- Gather detailed underwriting information, including survey data and claims history.
--- Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals outlining coverage details and relevant information.
--- Collaborate with service personnel to complete company submissions and select appropriate markets.
--- Conduct meetings with clients and prospects to discuss proposals, renewals, and address any inquiries.
--- Introduce clients to service personnel for future service requests and ensure effective communication channels.
--- Stay informed about any service issues or claims and assist in resolving them when necessary.
--- Assist in renewal processes by reviewing expiring policies and preparing necessary information.
--- Maintain accurate production reports and actively participate in sales meetings.
--- Promote the agency and the insurance industry within the local community.
--- Keep abreast of industry trends by reviewing trade publications and attending carrier training sessions.
--- Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by agency management.

Qualifications:
--- Demonstrated track record in successfully pursuing and finalizing sales.
--- Ohio Property & Casualty license is required; if not currently licensed, the candidate must obtain the license.
--- Possess three or more years of sales experience.
--- Must hold a valid driver's license.
--- The candidate should have an insured vehicle and meet all legal requirements to drive to client meetings.
--- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment with unexpected interruptions.
--- Ability to sit for extended periods.
--- This role involves client-facing interactions, necessitating appropriate business attire.
--- Responsibilities include traveling to local client and carrier sites during the workday, with occasional out-of-town travel.
