Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Consultant (Retirement
Consultant) to provide guidance on retirement savings options.
Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their
employer-sponsored retirement accounts
Discuss and educate customers on available account options such as
401K and IRAs
Deepen customer relationships with the company through effective
engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales
Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63
registrations
Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and
independently
Demonstrated sales and relationship management skills
