We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain a high-performance computing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on IT infrastructure management, including on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS, HCI).
Lead data center migrations and hybrid cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, Salesforce).
Optimize networking, security, and authentication services (DNS, DHCP, AD, LDAP).
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions (Veeam, Pure Storage).
Monitor and troubleshoot latency-sensitive applications and infrastructure performance.
Provide 24/7 on-call support and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in IT infrastructure (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Expertise in virtualization, cloud, storage, and security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Pure Storage, Veeam, SQL Server, and network technologies.
- Relevant certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Nutanix, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
